I bought a 2011 Nissan Maxima in beginning of 2012, got a good deal in a way! Now I am only on 34 thousand miles and they owe me a new set of tires!
Bring car in and supposedly have one 4 , one 6, and 2-7. They say they can’t change them! These tires are 2011 make tires and over 7 years old now! Two are 2015!
How I have no idea! Except they made me buy a new tire when a nail was in the side! That mouse sounding woman I can not stand she always tried to step in and be a man needs to let real people do their jobs! I tell her I was told to bring it in to change lock nuts as well one of the tires, she says no we can not!
Theses people lie and connive! Do not buy from them go to any other place! I will never use them again! As for her she is the worst service person I have ever met in my life!
Jason told the other girl to change one tire and now they are refusing to even do that when I need them all changed all but the one I bought have been on the car since 2012 how I have no idea but now if my car has alinement issues due to the difference in the tire dept I blame them! She says to me the tires have nothing to do with the alinement !

Doing business with Nissan of lake charles has literally ruined my life. I was financed a second vehicle in my name after I went in simply for a rental when my 2013 (also purchased from Nissan of LC)Dealership used false trade-in vehicle that I had no clue about.
NMAC cus. Serv.. incompetent I simply went into the Lake Charles Nissan location for a rental since my 2013 Nissan was in the shop for the second time within a week's span. Approach of a Salesman where he asked why I have been in the dealership so often lately told him my extreme problems with my current vehicle my frustrations precedes to attempt to sell me a car.
After low-balling me on trade in value on the 13 I declined where he turned around and said what if I can Finance you for a second vehicle meeting a 25 year old woman who had just gotten a shift at work from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. went with it and believed his word that he would help me sell my 2013 Altima and believed the interest rate quote it was a sign here Sign Here sign here kind of deal nothing was explained. I left the dealership with two keys in one piece of paper.
Days later it's cooking in my head that it's a shady deal so I'm looking over the one piece of paper I had noticed my interest rate was double what was promised. Tried to bring car back to dealership where I received no help. So for the next month-and-a-half I over exhausted myself after work at 10 a.m. up until I can no longer keep my eyes open trying to make contact with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation other Corporate Offices as well as going dealership to dealership trying to trade both vehicles in for one vehicle.
It was until I called nmac and asked what personal information was provided for me upon financing and it was then they had told me I false income a false cost of living as well as a trade in vehicle I have never owned I went up to the Nissan Lake Charles confronted him and it was then that they offered to buy back the vehicle a day later I'm fired from my job because of points I worked at the casino we were going to 12 point system I had 10 and a half late points only one time did I call in with the intentions of not going to work and it was earlier this year because I was extremely sick. I personally love my job it gave me confidence and made me feel like myself now here I am at an all-time low not only financially but also with my emotional well-being I have all proof of purchase that was provided for me as well as the contract and financing documents which I requested from Nissan Corporation not the financing division. Yes I have got the 2016 Bob back however I am now left with no means of income other than $800 in unemployment which only pays roughly half of my bills a month I'm seeking restitution in the amount of $20,000.
My 2013 Altima car note is 2 months past due I aggressively seek a job however I also would like a job in the same field I was doing before which is something I truly was passionate about. I'm also seeking for Nissan to purchase off of me this 2013 Altima which still is giving me problems because of its CVT which it will not be addressed at any Nissan dealership in my surrounding area considering it's owned by the same man the 2013 Nissan Altima service dates include 6/22/16 went in for oil change expressed performance concerns 6/27/16 brought to service for diagnostic test was in shop till 7/012016 they replaced mass air flow sensor motor mount torque rod When I drove it off the lot that day I noticed there was no change and performance it was still violently with vibrating and making grinding noises so I brought it back immediately where they told me they didn't have the time so she has told me 2 weeks later for an appointment I brought it back on 7/5/16 powertrain did not grant me a rental car so I was without a vehicle from then until I came in on 7/7/16 when I was financed for 2016 Nissan Altima under false pretenses On August 25th 2016 Nissan of Lake Charles purchase back the 2016 Altima On August 27th I am fired from my job at the Isle of Capri Casino where I dealt table games After relentlessly trying to get out of owning two vehicles at one time my credit was ruined I went from a 700 credit score down to a 590.

They are trying to rob me!
I thought I would support and keep my business local but I'm afraid that decision cost me not just my money but sense of security after Lake Charles Nissan totally ripped me off. As a grandmother I wanted to buy my youngest grandson a car. Should have been an easy sale - car advertised for 11,995 with $1000 rebate is 10995 plus taxes - I wanted to pay cash but they insisted I would not get the rebate so I agreed to finance since the rate wasn't bad.
I thought I put HALF DOWN $6,000 but now I called to find my balance after financing is $12,309 HOW DOES THAT MATH WORK??
I have called everyone and no one will call me back - I have no paperwork at all telling the price or payment -- Only thing I see is an odometer statement, registration and proof of insurance -- no contract and no buyers order at all -- i called for 2 days and NO ONE will return a call -- I have talked to the "owner" Mr Scully and he promised the finance guy Mr Pete would call me back in 45 minutes which was lie! The receptionist tells me he is there and not with customers but won't call me back or pick up the phone. What a bunch of crooks!
All because I wanted to support local. I think I may call the news, newspaper and start a Facebook page that they are thieving lying car salesman who take advantage of grandmothers.

My daughter who is 20, went to the dealership in Lake Charles to see what they had to sale. A "guy" attempted to help her, he did not help her choose a car but he suggested her to find a promising profession.....
stripping. Yes my daughter is very beautiful but he was extremely vulgar and suggestive. She came home in tears and humiliated. How in the *** can this dealership allow "males" to work there when their only angle seems to be hitting on women.
It took EVERYTHING I had not to go to the dealership and find this person and beat the *** out of him. There is NO reason that should have happened.
Liars

Carl Pete + John May + John Stelly = one big piece of *** dressed in a *** suit! Carl Pete made the deal sound good verbally but everything that came out of his big mouth was a lie. He managed to slip in money amounts and I overpaid. When I realized what he did, I went back to speak to him. He did repeat his verbal deal but when I showed him that the numbers didn't match, he seemed to get annoyed with me and went to get John May. Carl Pete knew that I had figured out what he did and he was angry. They tag teamed me, playing good cop, bad cop.. but after about 10 minutes John May said "I don't know what you're complaining about, no matter what Mr. Pete told you, you got a good deal and that will be all for the day". They basically told me to get out. Carl and John May both stood at the door and watched me leave. By the time I got into my new vehicle, I could see them sitting on their golf cart starring me down. I felt so intimidated. I sent a certified letter to John Stelly telling him what happened and to please call me. That coward never did. I reported these poor excuses for men to Nissan Corporate and the Office of Vehicle Commission. Unfortunately, they could not help me.
I have definitely learned from this big mistake and will never step foot on their premises again. I couldn't wait to *** their advertising sticker from my vehicle. What a nightmare! I have since let go of the fact that I was swindled out of $2000. It was eating me up inside how people could do that to others. I hope they get what they deserve!
John May, Carl Pete, and John Stelly are cowardly cheaters and liars who take advantage of people, especially single women.

This place is terrible! They have no customer service skills and getting a manager to call you back is next to impossible.
My salesman was Jordan insanely unprofessional using pet terms such as Mama and Boo to adress me (we have never met before). During one of our conversations he told me "*** won't get you anywhere" They have had your car back since Monday and refuse to even provide an estimate to when they will refund my money. I've left over 5 messages in two days and not a single phone call returned. I've contacted the better business Bureau and left a message for the states attorney general office.
I just want my money back. I gave them their money on the day we agreed upon and am livid that they expect me to wait.

Me an my wife received an ad in the mail. It said the the truck we owned was highly sought after.
So we drove to the dealership explained how much we owe on the truck. Was told they would take it on a trade. We had to come up with 1000.00 down. Brought the car an yruck home removed an sold tool box.
Meet James the sales men we were dealing with that sunday an dropped off the truck. So i would not have to miss work. That monday after having the car for two days. My wife returned with the 1000.00 dollars an was told the deal was off.
Do not deal with theses people. My lawyer is contacting them.

Nissan of Lake Charles gave me a good deal on a used 2013 Juke, it got totaled so I decided to go back and deal with them again...Well they screwed me royally, first it was late afternoon, I asked for a white or black Juke, they said they had one on lot....when I got there, it looked black, paper said it was black but was a flip-flop color which in day light I'm driving a purple car.....it don't stop there...I thouht it looked black so I said I wanted it but I wanted black leather seats like my last one, I was promised to get them....that was in July of 2014, and have been leaving messages, I even talk to John stelly myself, still nothing because they knew what they did the day I bought the car their promises and deals don't mean ***!! Today is 2-19-15

My young daughter brought a new car at night {9pm}and then the very next morning tried to cancel the service contract. It cost 1700 dollars and the contract I pull up describing it gives 60 days in which you can cancel service. We were there at 0830 the very next day and he refused to cancel the service. He also refused to speak to anyone other than my daughter. His reason was because my name was not on the contract. Will NEVER buy another nissan. This is a copy of the cancel procedure now that he refuses to change it. He claims paperwork was already submitted and bank paid for car. This is hard to believe since my daughter hasn't turn in paperwork or the trade in vehicle yet.
11 HOW DO I CANCEL MY VSC?
You or a person authorized by you may cancel this VSC by submitting a written cancellation request which includes the mileage
(odometer reading) of the vehicle at the time the cancellation is to be effective, and mailing this information to your selling dealer
as listed in the Vehicle/Agreement Information section of this VSC.
NESNA and/or the Lienholder may cancel this VSC if: a) your vehicle is a total loss or repossessed, or b) your odometer has been
stopped or changed during the term of this VSC, or c) the registered vehicle has been used in any manner not covered by this

If this VSC is cancelled within sixty (60) days from the VSC effective date, then you will receive a full refund provided you have

Service Manager Attitude

The Nissan dealer here in lake Charles has a service manager thinks he is saving the company money by NOT working with the customer on minor issues. The time it takes for loose nut's ,rattles and squeaks will pay off in repeat customers.
Mr.J.Benoit and Mr.Stelly option is in cell not "SERVICE" ... The service Managers attitude toward the customer , insures fewer and fewer New customers.I've lived here all my life, as well as my wife's family.They say good news travels fast and BAD NEWS even FASTER.
They should take care of the people with issues before their new customer count declines , probably due to BAD NEWS TRAVELING FAST !
John Stelly is a liar
- - Arranged an online deal with Nissan of Lake Charles.
- - On arrival, the car shown had 3 optional packages and was not the base model.
I had arranged a really good "internet" deal with Nissan of Lake Charles. I talked with the salesman who was working with the most micromanaging boss/owner, John Stelly.
I was very particular on the car I wanted, they said they had it gave me the price and it was a go, to come on in. I called numerous times to make sure that it was actually true and that John Stelly was going to stick to his guns. The salesman (who is a victim of a lying thiefing bad business owner) told me that yes he was sure the deal was a done. I have him my information over the phone to check my credit so that the paperwork process would not take so long while we were there as this was an hour drive for me anyways.
Once I got there they were showing me a car with 3 extra "optional" packages when I had specifically wrote to them I wanted the base model and nothing more. I assumed I was getting an even better deal because they had said yes numerous times that the car I wanted was there. Well, John Stelly then proceeded to tell me that that particular car was the one I had inquired about and it wasn't a base model. If you take a look at their website, they provide no details on the specific car of choice, it simply says contact us, so I did and told them exactly what I wanted.
Basically after I sat with John for 20 minutes he was trying to make me look like an *** and was studdering terribly because he was nervous and I was not going to fall for his unethical sales tactics. He also told me, this is hilarious, that this car was infact the base model and that I was getting a great deal because it was the base model but had 3 optional packages on it and I just had to spend "a couple more bucks" which equaled out to be $5000.00 more than what I was told I could buy the base model for..........if I am not mistaken aren't all cars base models until packages are added???? John Stelly needs to go back to car dealer 101, throw in an ethics class and then learn how to run a business from a real Nissan Dealer. I do not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

I would like to revise a part of my complaint
- - The reviewer says John Stelly was uncaring and unhelpful.

I have just recently submitted a complaint about John Stelly and I would like to revise a part of that. The complaint was under the title "Very uncaring and didn't seem to want to help me." We put in there that none of my problems have been solved and I would just like to say that a few things have been fixed but only one of them has not messed up again.
But it was just a bolt that they had to fix so I don't really see how you could mess that up. But they haven't properly fixed anything else

Since I have bought my nissan altima I have had nothing but problems. Lots of things keep breaking or may have already been broken when I bought the car.
I could sit here and list everything that I have had a problem with, but honestly I don't think I would have room to fit it all. I'll just tell you that I am very disappointed in the way Jonn Stelly handled me when I told him about my problems. He acted like I was a waste of his time. He kept walking off and talking to other people in the middle of our conversation.
Needless to say none of my problems have been solved, and the only one they will even try to fix is a part that they broke when they were trying to fix something else. They cant fix it becasue there incompetent parts crew keeps ordering the wrong part.... for two months.
The last thing that I would like to share with you is that i would never buy another Nissan from Jonh Stelly's branch or any other branch because of the "poorness" of my whole experience.

If you find a place that gives out free tires at nearly 40,000 miles - it's news. They don't want you driving around with a nail hole (intentionally placed by someone) in your sidewall and you're annoyed ?
